Biological activity:

Arglabin ((+)-Arglabin), a natural product isolated from Artemisia annua, is an NLRP3 inflammasome inhibitor. Arglabin has anti-inflammatory and anti-tumor activities. The anti-tumor activity of Arglabin is achieved by inhibiting farnesyl transferase and activating the RAS proto-oncogene.
